Confronting an absence of established designs or specialized equipment, ZIZIP courageously embarked on an unwavering path of independent research and development from the beginning.

A Breakthrough: The “737” TPU Airtight Zipper
The culmination of over a decade of intensive R&D efforts yielded a significant triumph: the autonomous creation of our flagship '737' series TPU airtight zipper. Every integral component, from its proprietary material composition to the purpose-built manufacturing machinery, originated from our exhaustive in-house R&D. This patented breakthrough not only met the stringent industry benchmarks but unequivocally redefined the capabilities and expectations for sealing technology.
In 2017 – 2020
Strategic Scaling & Diversified Technological Leadership
Leveraging the successful commercialization of the '737' airtight zipper, ZIZIP embarked on a strategic scaling initiative, rapidly augmenting our production capacity to five dedicated lines and consistently attaining a daily output surpassing 30,000 meters. During this phase, we also meticulously forged a fully integrated industrial chain, while ceaselessly pursuing R&D. This culminated in the pioneering development of our subsequent innovation: an advanced series of watertight zippers, distinguished by our patented membrane-laminated hot melt sealing technology.
